IRCC issues invitations to PNP candidates in Express Entry. The immigration department issued 725 ITAs to candidates in the Provincial Nominee Program draw.
In order to be considered for this draw, candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 667. They also have to create an Express Entry profile before 6:25 pm Universal Coordinated Time on 5 June 2024.
The recent draw is the first of the month and follows a French-language proficiency draw, two Provincial Nominee Program draws, and two Canadian Experience Class draws. Interestingly, February was an active month for Canada’s Express Entry system, with the immigration department issuing over 11,000 ITAs since the start of the month.
Express Entry draw types this year thus far have significantly focused on PNP as well as CEC candidates, with IRCC only holding one category-based selection draw in 2025 thus far.
